Assignment Overview

We are seeking high-caliber, Board Certified CRNAs for a premier, medically directed practice at a Level 1 Trauma Center in Minnesota. This facility provides a collaborative environment working alongside a collegial team of Anesthesiologists.

Schedule & Availability

• Start Date: June 1, 2026
• End Date: Ongoing (Multiple open weeks available)
• Frequency: 7 days a week practice.
• Shift Options: * Mon–Fri: 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts.
• Sat & Sun: 12 or 16-hour shifts.
• Note: All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Clinical Scope & Volume

• Environment: 1:1 patient care in the OR, Cath Lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT.
• Patient Mix: All age groups (Pediatrics through Geriatrics).
• Case Load: Average of 1–2 long cases or 3–4 short cases per 8-hour day.
• Case Diversity: High-volume surgical schedule covering all specialties except transplants and pediatric hearts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate (Master’s or Doctorate) of an accredited school of anesthesia.
• Certification: Board Certified (BC) by the NBCRNA.
• New graduates awaiting initial certification will be considered.
• Life Support: Current BCLS/ACLS and CPR certifications.
• Licensure: Active Registered Nurse Anesthetist license in Minnesota.

Compensation & Onboarding

• Credentialing: 45–120 days.
