Project Manager - Trevose, PA

A growing firm is seeking a Project Manager for an immediate opening in Trevose, PA. This role involves supporting projects and performing on-site inspections to ensure alignment with plans, specifications, and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in construction, architecture, or a similar field and is looking to grow with a collaborative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Lead internal project meetings (kick-off, milestone, closeout) and coordinate with stakeholders

  • Ensure schedules are met and project objectives are achieved

  • Perform site inspections, field testing, documentation, and sketching

  • Record measurements and calculations throughout the project

  • Draft and maintain professional correspondence with clients and contractors

  • Interpret investigation reports and technical drawings

  • Track project status and escalate issues when necessary

  • Keep organized records of all project documents and communications

  • Gather post-project feedback and communicate findings

  • Stay informed on industry trends and participate in ongoing professional development

  • Attend industry events and identify networking/marketing opportunities

Technical & Client Support

  • Understand and apply construction plans, specs, and manuals

  • Generate inspection reports and provide recommendations

  • Review and assess change orders and payment applications

  • Participate in client meetings and communicate meeting outcomes

  • Support senior staff in managing project communications and logistics

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to align on scope, timeline, and deliverables

  • Contribute to a positive and flexible team environment

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years in a construction, architecture, or engineering consulting environment

Certifications

  • Engineering/Architectural Intern or EIT preferred

  • OSHA-10 preferred

  • Valid U.S. Driver's License (travel to client sites required)

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Solid understanding of project lifecycles and building codes

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with drafting software (AutoCAD, BricsCAD, Revit) a plus

  • Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions

  • Flexible to work overtime and attend meetings/events as needed

Compensation

  • Estimated salary range: $55,000 - $100,000

  • Salary depends on experience, education, and qualifications

Physical Requirements

  • Lift and carry up to 40 lbs

  • Use ladders, scaffolds, and work at heights safely

  • Work outdoors for extended periods and in all weather conditions

  • Extended standing/walking, including uneven terrain

  • Ability to adjust work hours based on project needs
