Recovery Place is a substance abuse and behavioral health treatment facility providing group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, medication management, aftercare, and 12-step recovery programs.
Currently we are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join our team to provide administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. The candidate will work one-on-one with the management and accounting staff on a variety of tasks. This position requires a candidate to have strong computer skills, ability to analyze data for reports, flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, detail orientated and have the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Candidate must have proven experience as an administrative assistant; full comprehension of office management systems and procedures; advanced knowledge of MS Office, primarily MS Excel; excellent written and verbal skills; high school diploma/GED required, college degree a plus. Salary will be based on experience.
