Industrial Electrician | Delta Township, MI
Salary Range: $60,000 - $92,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions in industrial control systems and production machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical components to ensure operational reliability and minimize downtime.
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams for installation and repair.
- Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and other automation components.
- Adhere to all electrical codes, safety regulations (e.g., NFPA 70E), and company policies.
- Run conduit, pull wire, and terminate electrical connections for new equipment and system upgrades.
Recommended Qualifications
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems, including motors, VFDs, and control circuits.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) such as Allen-Bradley or Siemens, including programming, diagnostics, and component replacement.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
- Adherence to and practical application of electrical safety standards, including NFPA 70E and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance techniques for complex manufacturing machinery.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with PLC programming and advanced diagnostics (e.g., Rockwell Studio 5000, Siemens TIA Portal).
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB).
- Knowledge of instrumentation, process control loops, and calibration.
- Advanced training or certification in NFPA 70E Arc Flash safety.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
