- What You Bring to the Role
- Six months to two years of sales, lending, or personal banking experience preferred.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Confidence in sharing products and digital services, not as sales tasks but as ways to genuinely improve the member’s life.
- Exceptional listening skills, ensuring every conversation feels personalized and members feel valued, not rushed.
- A naturally warm, friendly, and welcoming presence, members feel comfortable approaching you with questions or concerns.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring applications are complete, documents are accurate, and account updates are handled correctly the first time.

This role assists members with opening, servicing, and closing accounts, conducting loan interviews, gathering documentation, and completing loan closings for approved applications.
