We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Estero, Florida. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders to create executive-level materials that drive informed decision-making. The role focuses on transforming complex financial data into clear, actionable insights and supporting leadership reviews, audits, and strategic planning discussions.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare executive-level materials for audits, leadership reviews, and board presentations.

• Collaborate with Finance, operations, and business teams to gather and validate data, ensuring accuracy and alignment in messaging.

• Monitor timelines and deadlines for both routine and ad-hoc deliverables, actively following up with contributors as necessary.

• Analyze and summarize financial data, trends, and variances into concise tables, charts, and written explanations.

• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers to effectively display performance metrics and progress.

• Provide organizational support for leadership planning discussions by compiling relevant data and preparing supporting materials.

• Track action items, risks, and follow-ups from leadership meetings, ensuring updates are incorporated into future reports.

• Act as the central point of coordination for reporting and leadership requests, maintaining streamlined communication.

• Enhance reporting templates, processes, and documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and efficiency.

• Proven experience in financial analysis, including preparing executive-level reports and presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Expertise in variance analysis and generating actionable insights based on findings.
• Proficiency in ad-hoc financial analysis to support dynamic business needs.
• Strong knowledge of data mining techniques for extracting and organizing information.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to present data clearly to stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Familiarity with dashboard creation and scorecard maintenance for tracking performance metrics.
