Responsibilities
- Work directly with existing agency clients to identify commercial insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Educate clients on commercial coverage options
- Build strong relationships with Farmers agents and their staff to become the go-to resource
- Develop and execute strategies to grow commercial production within partnered agencies
- Maintain compliance with state and carrier regulations, and ensure all policies are written ethically and accurately
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and development programs
Requirements
- Active Georgia Property & Casualty Insurance License
- 6+ months experience presenting commercial insurance products in live settings
- Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills
- Dependable transportation to travel to agency locations within the territory
