Working one-on-one with students from kindergarten through 12th grade, you will apply your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and registered behavior technician (RBT) services to support diverse student needs.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) license with BACB certification required
- Experience as a paraprofessional, behavioral health assistant, or ABA therapist in school environments
- Familiarity with state Individualized Education Program (IEP) processes preferred
- Bilingual language skills are a plus but not mandatory
Location: Roseville, California
Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated 1:1 behavioral and educational support to students ages K-12
- Implement ABA therapy techniques to promote positive behavioral outcomes
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to support individualized student goals
