We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager / General Manager to oversee operations based out of our Hampton Inn in Hamilton, NJ, with responsibility for driving performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership across your assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily hotel operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and brand standards
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Recruit, train, and mentor department leaders and staff
- Drive revenue through strategic sales, pricing, and local market engagement
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements across operations
- Collaborate with ownership and corporate leadership on strategic initiatives
- (If Regional) Provide oversight and support to multiple properties within the region
Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of hotel management experience (GM or multi-property experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and sales
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Experience with hotel management systems and revenue management tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred
