TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Vessel Coordinator Administrator with minimum 2 years of experience for a large manufacturing company in the Houston, TX 77051 area. This is a temp/hire opportunity and is onsite. The hours are Monday thru Friday 8am -5pm with the ability to work OT as needed.
- Must have 2 years vessel scheduling to be considered for this opportunity.
- Assist with planning and scheduling vessel movements, vessel logs, port calls, shipping notices and logistics.
- Reconciliation of vendor information and purchase orders
- Coordinate communication between vessel crew, port agents, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or other administrative software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
