As an Insurance Producer, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. You'll connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend personalized insurance solution all while building lasting relationships and achieving your own professional goals.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to leads and prospects via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Customize insurance packages across auto, home, life, and more.
  • Deliver clear, professional proposals and guide clients through the decision-making process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships that drive referrals and repeat business
  • Stay up to date with industry regulations and trends.
  • Use modern tools and tech to enhance your workflow and client communication.


Requirements

  • Sales experience or a strong drive to learn and succeed in a sales role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
  • Organized and self-motivated, with great time management.
  • A current Colorado insurance license or willingness to get licensed quickly (well help you get there).
  • Tech-savvy and eager to use tools that make your job easier and more efficient.
