United Care Center has one opening to be our next Residential Supervisor. As our Residential Supervisor, you’ll get to oversee the day-to-day operations of a group of our employees and clients.
We need a person who love working with developmentally disabled people. Foks with a background or experience in social services are highly encouraged to apply.
We’re committed to a great work-life balance here, so you’ll get to work full-time at 40hrs/week with a 4-day work week. Monday-Thursday.
Requirements
Three (3) years supervisory or Case management experience, preferably in developmental disabilities
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate at all levels with managers, individuals in services and others
Work independently with minimal supervision
Meet the physical demands of the position.
Valid Colorado driver's license and proof of auto insurance
Associate degree and/or at least two (2) years advanced study at an accredited college or university
Working knowledge of the I/DD system, rules, and regulations

Oversee staff activities to ensure the needs of people in services are being appropriately addressed and documented
Conduct interviews, make hiring decisions, and train new employees on job duties
Coach employees, through modeling and training, to implement Person Centered Thinking strategies
Ensure employees follow agency policies and procedures
Assure relevant day-to-day and emergency information is communicated to facilities, families, and/or involved agencies and their respective staff
Prepare, review and track/oversee program documentation including Incident Reports, annual assessments, billing, daily notes, Individual Service and Support Plans (ISSP), Comprehensive Life Reviews and Functional Analyses
Assured services and supports are delivered as directed by the individual in services’ individual plan; develop and maintain case files
Manage and coordinate resolution of individual in services crises and identifies/resolves individual in services/family concerns
Schedule and conduct staff meetings
Ensure staff accurately dispense medications and that discrepancies in ordered deliveries are reported
Schedule, attend, and document person’s served medical appointments, as appropriate
Salary Description-Negotiable based on experience and 10% profit sharing after the hiring process complete.
