Responsibilities
Quote, present, and sell Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance
Conduct needs-based conversations to recommend the right coverage
Follow up with prospects and clients to build relationships and close sales
Ask for referrals and support retention through policy reviews
Track activity and work toward clear daily/weekly/monthly goals
Provide prompt, friendly service and support to clients

Requirements
Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
Self-motivated, consistent, and comfortable in a goal-driven environment
Coachable attitude and strong work ethic
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Licensing
Insurance license is a plus (P&C and/or Life & Health), but not required to apply
Must be willing and able to obtain required licensing (with support)
