Fire Systems, Inc. is currently hiring for a Sprinkler Inspector position.
Fire Systems, Inc. is a family owned fire protection business based in Smyrna, Georgia. We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and our family-like team of employees. Employee turnover is very low, and our managers have each worked at Fire Systems for over 15 years. We are continually growing so the need for experienced technicians is constant.
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge and understanding of NFPA codes and standards for inspection, testing and installation
- Ability to inspect, test, and repair:

- General wet and dry pipe sprinkler systems
- Backflow Prevention Devices
- Pre-action systems
- Fire pumps (electric and diesel)
- Foam systems
- Bonus skills (but not required for consideration):

- System knowledge of water mist systems and clean agent system

- Commitment and integrity
Other Requirements:
- NICET II Certification required
- NICET III Certification preferred
- Must be able to pass drug, alcohol, and background checks.
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday with some on-call, after-hour and weekends (as required)
- Must possess good driving and criminal history (may be subject to Department of Justice and FBI background check)
- Valid Georgia Driver’s License
- Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds above your head
- Must be able to climb ladders, crouch in confined spaces, and work in high spaces
