Pay & Benefits
- $0.60 CPM (mileage‑based)
- Up to $0.05 CPM safety bonus (earned by most drivers)

Average weekly gross starts around $1,200+ for drivers available all scheduled days

Schedule & Routes
- Core schedules: Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday
- Weekend availability required (at least one day)
- Dispatch: Savannah 6 PM–2 AM | Richmond Hill 7 PM–9 PM
- Majority undedicated URR OTR linehaul
- Drivers may dispatch from either terminal; flexibility required
- Solo & Teams welcome
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor‑trailers (double/triple capable)
- Pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections; DOT & FedEx compliance
- Maintain accurate ELD logs
- Load, secure, couple/uncouple freight
- Professional customer delivery & communication
- Keep assigned equipment clean and road‑ready
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL, age 21+
- 1 year recent experience (or FedEx‑approved school option)
- Doubles endorsement (open to obtain; training available)
- 10‑year verifiable work history; fluent English
- Must be willing to submit to DOT physical, background check, MVR, and drug screen
- Clean driving record (no suspensions, DUI/DWI, reckless)
