***Join Our Team as a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist!***\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Position Title: Cath Lab Tech/Certified \n- Department: Cath Lab \n- Shift: DAYS 7AM - 7PM \n- Start Date: ASAP \n\nWhy Choose This Role? \n- Be at the forefront of cutting-edge diagnostic and interventional procedures! \n- Collaborate with talented physicians and healthcare professionals! \n- Make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through quality care and diagnostic imaging! \n\nKey Responsibilities: \n- Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures as ordered by physicians. \n- Provide excellent patient care while obtaining high-quality images for interpretation by Radiologists and Cardiologists. \n- Maintain thorough knowledge of associated radiographic equipment, neurological and cardiovascular anatomy, and radiographic positioning. \n\nQualifications: \n- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program. \n- Experience: \n - One year of radiologic experience required. \n - One year of interventional or cath lab experience preferred. \n- Certification/Licenses: \n - ARRT certification and New Mexico State licensure required. \n - BLS certification required. \n - ACLS certification to be obtained within one year. \n - Certification issued by ARRT applicable to cardiac or vascular intervention (CV, CI, or VI), or RCIS certification. \n\nSkills Required: \n- Strong understanding of interventional procedures in Cardiology and Radiology preferred. \n- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. \n- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical terminology. \n\nWork Environment: \n- Clean, well-lit, and ventilated smoke-free environment. \n- Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and ionizing radiation. \n- Flexibility required due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies. \n\nPhysical Requirements: \n- Ability to lift, position, push, and/or transfer patients and equipment in excess of 50 lbs. \n\nWeekend and On-Call Requirements: \n- On-call 1-2 weekends per month. \n- 8-12 days of on-call duty. \n\nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
