Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counting, stock verification, and discrepancy resolution, to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Execute material handling operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing materials to production lines, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities, working closely with carriers and internal teams to ensure efficient movement of goods.
• Conduct precise data entry into ERP systems, updating inventory records, tracking shipments, and generating reports to support supply chain visibility.
• Manage all aspects of shipping and receiving, including inspection of incoming materials, preparation of outgoing shipments, and verification of documentation.
• Prepare and maintain essential supply chain documentation, such as packing lists, bills of lading, and material transfer records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, stack, and retrieve materials, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Process production orders and material requests efficiently, ensuring materials are available when needed and production schedules are met.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of proven experience in material logistics, warehouse operations, inventory control, or a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for data management and communication.
