The mission of the role is to be a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Generalist to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a versatile marketer with 5+ years of experience who enjoys working across multiple marketing functions—from content and digital campaigns to event support and brand management. What you’ll do:
- Content Creation & Management: Write, edit, and manage marketing content including blog posts, newsletters, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media.
- Campaign Execution: Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, PPC, etc.).
- Tradeshow Coordination: Coordinate and execute tradeshow logistics, including booking, collateral, shipping, and swag.
- Social Media Management: Create and manage a social media strategy. Plan, schedule, post, and monitor content across social platforms, engage with community, and track performance.
- Website Support: Maintain and update website content using CMS tools.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key marketing metrics, prepare performance reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Event & Webinar Support: Coordinate logistics and promotions for virtual and in-person events.
- Collateral Creation: Assist with the creation of sales and marketing materials (presentations, one-pagers, case studies).
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing communications align with brand guidelines and voice.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing role.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (email, social, SEO, paid media).
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Graphic design experience or proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing or production knowledge.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
Physical Demands
- Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. Requires walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day with occasional climbing of stairs to access manufacturing work areas. Reaching above shoulder heights or below the waist. Lifting of 25 pounds or more. Proper lifting techniques required. Minimal travel may be required.
