As part of a respected nonprofit organization, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's digital presence and driving community engagement. This is a long-term contract position ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about mission-driven work.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement advanced social media strategies tailored to platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create and execute donor engagement and volunteer recruitment campaigns to strengthen community connections.
• Analyze website performance and optimize conversion funnels to improve donor journeys and stakeholder experiences.
• Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign effectiveness and generate detailed performance reports.
• Design visually compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite, ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Manage video production and editing for impactful storytelling that resonates with military personnel, experienced individuals, and first responder audiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment with organizational goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of CRM tools like Salesforce to streamline donor and volunteer interactions.
• Foster online communities around mission-driven causes, ensuring active participation and engagement.
• Develop templates and standardized designs for consistent organizational communication.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the nonprofit sector.
• Expertise in social media management tools and platform analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or comparable platforms.
• Proven ability to create engaging content, including graphic design and video editing.
• Familiarity with email campaign strategies and Google Ads for targeted outreach.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a focus on community building.
