How you will make an impact:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Health Center at Franklin Park, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring that they are able to maintain their highest level of physical, mental and social well-being. In this position, you will also play a critical role in resident assessments, planning, interventions and evaluations, while also assisting in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff.

Schedule: NOC Shifts Available - Every nightSunday through Saturday

What you will need:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Active CO LPN License.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • 1+ year prior nursing experience in long-term care required.
