As an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities to recommend additional products or services when appropriate. Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Sales & Customer Service Representative
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Identify sales opportunities during customer interactions and make recommendations
- Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail
- Support order processing, scheduling, and general service requests
