Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a specialty in Intensive Care to provide exceptional critical care in a dynamic hospital environment. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply advanced nursing skills in a fast-paced ICU setting while supporting multiple units including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Emergency Room critical care holds.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to emergencies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Demonstrate flexibility by floating to Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and Emergency Room units as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies
Qualifications:
- Active RN license with ICU experience
- Certification in ACLS and BLS required
- Additional certifications including TNCC or TCAR, NIH Stroke Scale, and a minimum of 6 hours of stroke education (training available if needed)
- Completion of EKG course (training available if needed)
- Ability to work night shifts (18:30 07:00) for three 12-hour shifts per week
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
