Brief Job Description:
The Surgical Technologist supports day-shift operations in the General Operating Room, working four 10-hour shifts with rotating on-call coverage. This role applies strict aseptic technique to maintain a sterile surgical environment, independently scrubs basic surgical procedures, assists with patient positioning, and supports efficient room turnover and equipment setup. The Surgical Technologist ensures proper sterilization and documentation of instruments, maintains and cleans equipment, manages supplies, and collaborates with the perioperative team to provide safe, age-appropriate patient care in accordance with hospital policies and safety standards
