About nSpire AI

We built Vera — an AI recruiting agent that runs your entire hiring function. Sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate experience. Not a tool for recruiters. For companies that don't have a recruiting team yet, Vera is the recruiting team.

We're launching into the Bay Area startup ecosystem first and expanding from there.


The Role

This is a founding team seat. You'll own how Vera goes to market — positioning, narrative, community, pipeline, and close. You'll build in public, show up in founder rooms, and turn early customers into a momentum story that funds the next stage.


This is not a marketing role. This is not demand gen. You're building the growth function from zero around your own output.


What you'll own

→ Vera's go-to-market across the high-growth startup market

→ Building-in-public engine across LinkedIn, X, and Bay Area founder communities

→ Direct pipeline from founder and operator networks

→ Customer momentum narrative for our Series A → VC relationships across seed and Series A funds → The playbooks, systems, and early team that scale growth beyond you


You're a fit if

Compensation

Founding-team equity. Cash discussed at offer stage.

Your first conversation won't be with us — it'll be with Vera. The product you'd be launching. She runs a real screening interview: no scripts, no keyword matching, just an adaptive conversation about who you are and what you've built. It's mandatory before the next round, and it's the product in action.
