In East Meadow, NY, we’re adding a skilled field mechanic who takes pride in restoring performance and making customers feel taken care of.

Your impact, at a glance

• Pinpoint faults and repair HVAC systems covering heating, cooling, and ventilation.
• Complete preventive maintenance and inspections to optimize operation.
• Answer service calls with urgency and deliver practical, timely fixes.
• Install new HVAC equipment and full systems when projects call for it.
• Keep thorough service notes and parts usage logs.
• Teach customers how to operate and maintain their systems effectively.
• Work closely with teammates to streamline service and elevate customer satisfaction.

What you need to succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred.
• Hands-on experience as an HVAC technician or similar service role.
• Solid command of HVAC systems, diagnostic tools, and safety standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work solo in the field and collaborate well with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent communicator with a service-oriented approach.
• EPA Type II certification required; EPA Universal preferred.
