Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison for our white glove and hospitality clientele. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, superior communication skills, and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the main point of contact for assigned high-end client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.

· Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, including interior designers, architects, and furniture suppliers.

· Manage and oversee the scheduling of moves, installations, and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient service.

· Collaborate closely with the operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.

· Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to research and manage customer inventory, ensuring real-time accuracy and availability.

· Set up new customer profiles in the operating system, including inputting specific service requirements and preferences.

· Configure customer rates in the system based on their selected level of service, ensuring transparency and accuracy in billing.

· Provide accurate estimates to clients post-training and handle immediate escalations professionally.

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions, service requests, and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

· Assist with data entry tasks within our operating system and support other office functions as needed.

· Uphold the company's standards by delivering exceptional customer service at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or client success roles; sales experience is a plus.

· Strong multitasking abilities with excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.

· Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly desirable.

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

· Typing speed of 60+ WPM is preferred.

· A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education is advantageous.

Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
