Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity is available for the 2025-26 school year to support K-12 students in Colorado Springs, CO. This contract position offers a caseload model serving multiple schools with a focus on elementary workload and part-time in-home services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services in school settings and in-home
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings
Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP license and teaching certificate through the state Department of Education
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience or interest in pediatric healthcare, school-based therapy, and clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Ability to manage a caseload efficiently under a caseload cap model
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Work Schedule & Location:
- Full-time positions available (37.5 hours/week per position)
- Serving multiple K-12 schools within the Colorado Springs area
- Combination of on-site and part-time in-home therapy services
