Are you a highly organized professional looking for meaningful work in a fast-paced medical environment? Women's Health Boutique (WHB) is looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Purchasing and Receiving/ Customer Service specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity.
What You’ll Do:
- Inventory Management: Take the lead on ordering customer products and office supplies and ensuring shipments are accurate and timely.
- Customer Relations: Provide exceptional service as the first point of contact on the phones, assisting our English and Spanish-speaking patients.
- Administrative Support: Keep the office running smoothly through various clerical and computer-based tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required to serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- A "no task too small" attitude and an eye for detail.
The Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
