RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a Junior Laboratory Technician professional to support laboratory operations through routine chemical and/or biological testing activities in our Thompson's Station TNlocation with $19/hr pay for a 3months contract (temp to perm opportunity). This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with foundational laboratory knowledge who are eager to build hands-on experience in a structured, research-driven environment. The role operates under defined procedures with close supervision and offers opportunities to develop technical skills while contributing to product quality, safety, and research initiatives. What You’ll Do:

Assist scientists and engineers with day-to-day laboratory activities and projects.
Collect, prepare, and test samples following established protocols.
Perform routine chemical or biological analyses in support of research or quality testing.
Accurately record observations, data, and test results.
Support the setup and execution of controlled laboratory experiments.
Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on laboratory equipment.
Follow all laboratory safety, quality, and compliance procedures.
Prepare basic documentation and reports as required.
May provide guidance to other junior associates as skills and proficiency increase.

What we’re looking for:

Entry-level laboratory knowledge gained through work experience, vocational training, or technical education.
Basic understanding of laboratory procedures, tools, and safety standards.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within clearly defined processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
Willingness to learn, develop technical skills, and work in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work with limited autonomy under close supervision.
