As a Production Assembler, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly—helping move materials, supporting multiple areas of production, and learning a wide range of skills across our manufacturing floor. What You’ll Do:
- Assist and learn in several departments across the production floor
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Use general hand and power tools (drills, screwdrivers, cutting tools, table saws)
- Accurately measure using a tape measure, micrometers, and calipers
- Operate forklifts (certification provided)
- Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals
Requirements:
Competencies and Attributes Needed:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Dependable and committed to maintaining quality and safety standards
- Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other departments

Physical Requirements:
- Sit, stand, bend, and climb ladders
- Lift at least 50 pounds infrequently
- Ability to wear a dust mask or breathing respirator while performing some job tasks and get dirty if necessary.
