SaaS Sales Representative – Restaurant Technology

Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to focus exclusively on customer acquisition from a significant focused TAM that aligns closely with our existing customer base (i.e we are going after prospects we understand). This role is ideal for a sales professional who has experience in the restaurant sector (because buyers talk about restaurant business and operational problems) and has experience in markets where most prospects have worked with competitive solutions.
Responsibilities
· Drive full-cycle sales efforts focused on net-new customer acquisition.
· Handle full sales effort from prospecting, to demos, through to closing.
· Prospect and earn the engagement of decision-makers at mid-sized, multi-unit franchise restaurant groups
· Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations to decision makers (restaurant managers, area managers, VPs of Operations)
· Effectively position Rosnet’s competitive advantages against alternative solutions
· Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities through outbound efforts and follow-ups
· Collaborate with leadership and product teams to refine positioning, messaging, and competitive insights
· Accurately manage forecasts, pipeline stages, and deal progression in Hubspot
· Represent Rosnet at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities as needed
Qualifications / Experiences wanted
· 3–7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in a competitive, mid-market environment. At least 2 years of experience managing your own target and hitting it.
· Demonstrated ability to win deals where prospects use an incumbent solution
· Comfortable selling at a smaller, less-established company (vs. big-brand name)
· Experience prospecting without an SDR and demo-ing without a sales engineer
· Strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills
· Familiarity with restaurant industry and its operational challenges is highly valued
· Hunter mentality – self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results
· Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
