Sentinel Federal Credit Union is hiring a friendly, dependable Financial Services Representative (FSR) to join our team in Rapid City. This role works closely with members to open accounts, assist with loans, and provide financial services that help people reach their goals. If you enjoy helping others, learning new things, and working for an organization that believes in promoting from within, this may be the right opportunity for you.

Pay Range
- Wage depends on direct experience, starting at $21.05/hour with flexibility up to $25.00/hour for a highly qualified applicant.
- Incentive bonus eligibility on top of hourly wage.

What You’ll Do

Assist members with consumer loans and account services

Open new accounts and maintain existing accounts

Explain loan options, rates, and credit union products

Provide financial guidance and excellent member service

Ensure compliance with credit union policies

Support branch operations and team members
Who You Are
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience required
- Financial or lending experience required
- Friendly, organized, and dependable
- Comfortable multitasking and learning new systems
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Able to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
