Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health RN for a 13-week assignment in Lavonia, GA. The ideal candidate is an experienced home health nurse who can manage an independent caseload and is fluent in both OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase charting. Travelers and local candidates welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments in the home setting

• Manage care plans and ensure timely documentation

• Submit OASIS documentation within 24 hours of visit

• Use Homecare Homebase for accurate charting and compliance

• Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and medications

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Georgia

• At least 2 years of recent home health experience

• Must be proficient in OASIS with a 24-hour turnaround

• Experience using Homecare Homebase required

• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle

• Must pass drug screen, background check, and meet Joint Commission standards
