Safetymax helps businesses prepare and respond to emergency situations that can affect their people and property. Our solution includes sales and maintenance programs for first aid cabinets, AED devices and related training and supplies. We serve a national clientele, and our customers are large U.S. businesses.
Job Summary:
Your primary responsibility would be to support our route / on-site maintenance service operation. Our typical customer has between 5-50 business locations throughout the U.S. and you would be working very closely with our customers, field technicians, sales and order processing teams. There would be a tremendous amount of follow up required. This position works out of our Henderson, NV office and reports to the route service manager.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule onsite service working with our clients and field staff.
- Source, screen and help onboard new field technicians.
- Maintain detailed client records of offices, contacts, equipment and service schedules in our route management software and other databases.
- Establish productive, professional relationships with field technicians, customers and internal staff.
- Problem solve scheduling conflicts and other obstacles that arise with clients and field staff.
- Participate and engage in the account onboarding, planning and the business review process with our clients.
Experience Required:
- Previous account management experience in a business-to-business environment.
- Strong event or project coordination experience.
- In a past role which required analyzing, problem solving and making recommendations.
- In a role that required extensive organization, follow up and client communication.
- A 4-year college degree (preferred)
Skills Required:
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Natural task management and follow up tendencies.
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and technology in general
- Natural ability to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to think quick on your feet and overcome objections.
- Resourceful
- Relationship building skills.
