We are seeking a dedicated Logistics Clerk to manage inventory control, data entry, and various logistical tasks within our warehouse. This role requires proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, RF scanning, and forklift operation. The ideal candidate will have a strong inventory management skills and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Receive and stock parts, materials, and hardware.
- Store parts and materials in bins, drawers, and racks in storage locations.
- Verify all materials received for conformity with accompanying paperwork.
- Support offloading of shipments (forklift qualified).
- Discard shipment materials (pallets, cardboard, etc.).
- Perform small construction projects on an as-needed basis (tables, benches, chairs, etc.).
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Experience with RF scanning.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in inventory control.
- Forklift operation certification.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency with email communication and experience interfacing with ERP and warehousing software.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Atlassian tools.
- Experience working in the aerospace or launch services industry.
- Interest and knowledge in flight hardware and terminology.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse environment and requires proficiency in operating various technologies and equipment. The work involves standard hours, with occasional need for flexibility during peak periods. The dress code is casual but safety-focused, including appropriate protective gear when necessary.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Long Beach, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr.
