• Ensure all data entry tasks meet accuracy and quality standards.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and with a focus on resolving issues effectively.• Proven experience in data entry and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Exceptional typing speed combined with high accuracy.
• Strong understanding of databases and data management practices.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
