Shift: 1st Shift | 4:00 AM 12:00 PM
Schedule: Monday Friday (Occasional Mandatory Overtime on Saturdays)
Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for a General Labor position at a tire manufacturing/processing facility. This position involves lifting, inspecting, and handling tires using various tools and machines. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment and able to meet physical job requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Lift and move tires weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted
Inspect tires for defects, damage, and quality standards
Operate inspection tools and machinery
Load and unload tires from machines and workstations
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Assist with additional production duties as assigned
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently without assistance
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and move throughout shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
Strong attention to detail for inspection processes
Reliable attendance is required
Willingness to work mandatory overtime on Saturdays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or general labor experience
Experience using basic tools or production machinery
