Employment Solutions is looking for a Bilingual Machine Operator to work in the Davie FL area for a Pharmaceutical manufacturing plant. The right candidates will have experience operating industrial machinery for manufacturing purposes.


Location: Davie FL

Schedule:

  • 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM – 10:30 PM ($14.25/hr)
  • 3rd Shift: 9:30 PM – 5:45 AM ($15.25/hr)


Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated Bilingual (English & Spanish) Entry-Level Machine Operators to join a pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this role, you will support production operations including blending, tablet compression, capsule filling, and coating processes. No prior pharmaceutical experience is required—training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment used in blending, tablets, capsules, and coating
  • Follow written instructions, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Inspect product quality and report any issues to supervisors
  • Perform basic machine setup, operation, and cleaning
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Accurately document production activities
  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is required
  • Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
  • Comfortable working with machinery and standing for long periods
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30–40 lbs
  • Ability to work in a production environment (may include noise, machinery, and controlled temperatures)
