Job Description
Job Description
Position: Staff PT, 8-32 hour/week (PT choice, clinic is flexible)
Start date: Sometime in 2024 (flexible)
Welcome to IPT, where we put employee and patient needs first. We believe that happy therapists provide the best care, so we hire caring, qualified PTs and then focus on meeting our therapist’s needs. The ways we try to do this:
- Ask the PT what they need and want, and actively work to meet those needs
- Small clinic (3-4 PTs including the owner) so your voice is easily heard
- Wonderful front desk and insurance contact, Mallory Gomez, who has been in the position for 8 years. No front desk turnover making the PT job harder.
- Almost full control over your schedule. All the PTs benefit from a flexible schedule while working together to meet patient coverage needs
- Only 1 on 1 care. No overlapping treatments. No PTAs or aides. Keep your own patients and very rare coverage for other PT’s patients.
- Ability to work 8-32 hour/week depending on your needs. All benefits are pro-rated/scaled to how many hours you work, so no need to meet a minimal number of hours per week to keep your benefits.
- PT chooses the direction of their professional growth
- Break area is well stocked with snacks
Compensation
- About $39-41 per hour (about $80,000 per year if working 40 hours/week)
- Combination pay of hourly + additional compensation for each patient seen. You will always be compensated for gaps in your schedule
- Paid documentation time
- 8 holidays paid, including: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Day, Your Birthday
- 10 days PTO, options for unpaid time off
- 401K with 4% employer matching, starting immediately
- Continuing education costs reimbursement (up to $700/year) and 1 day/year paid
- Up to $200/month health insurance premium reimbursement (tax-free)
Requirements
- Current License to practice Physical Therapy in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Experience or interest in Orthopedics, Pelvic Health, and TMJ
- Our clinic proudly provides orthopedics treatment to the entire body, including the pelvis, abdomen, and jaw. We feel the best care comes when the PT is able to treat the patient holistically. Pelvic health or TMJ experience is not required, but openness and interest in those regions is ideal. Usually, our patient caseload is roughly 45/45/10 in traditional orthopedic, pelvic health, and jaw respectively. Mentorship is available
