Summary:
Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the buffet line to provide a quality dining experience for our guests
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
To know food quality standards and the menu manuals
To practice teamwork among kitchen staff and other departments
To meet or exceed the restaurants sanitation standard
To consistently monitor the buffet area, keeping it stocked and cleaned
To ensure that floor and buffet area is free of debris and wiped down
To clean buffet stainless steel pans of any food or burn spots
To ensure that the buffet, walls, and carts are cleaned and sanitized
To polish stainless steel and clean glass
To learn and use proper meat carving techniques
To attend all meetings and/or training sessions, All meetings and training sessions are considered mandatory.
To perform other duties as assigned
