What we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of the VP of Development and Development Teams.

Expectations of this role:

  • Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
  • Provide daily administrative and project support
  • Facilitate annual budgeting process
  • Prepare expense reports, advances, and check requests and perform other duties as assigned in support Development team leadership

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience with increasing levels of responsibility, to include 2-3 years of executive support
  • College degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience; knowledge of nonprofit services and fundraising preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows & MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with high competency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Pleasant phone manner and demonstrated diplomacy and composure
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong organizational and technology skills with attention to detail
  • This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a less than 5% travel component

Part-time employees working at least 20 hours per week on a regular basis are eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits, on a pro-rated basis. Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $70,000.
