What we are looking for:
We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to provide a variety of administrative and secretarial duties in support of the VP of Development and Development Teams.
Expectations of this role:
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Provide daily administrative and project support
- Facilitate annual budgeting process
- Prepare expense reports, advances, and check requests and perform other duties as assigned in support Development team leadership
Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience with increasing levels of responsibility, to include 2-3 years of executive support
- College degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience; knowledge of nonprofit services and fundraising preferred
- Proficiency in Windows & MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with high competency in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
- Pleasant phone manner and demonstrated diplomacy and composure
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational and technology skills with attention to detail
- This is a remote/work from home position in the US with a less than 5% travel component

Salary at Prison Fellowship is determined by a variety of factors. For this position, the salary range is projected to be between $58,000 and $70,000.
