General job description

The Lender will have the ability to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking and displaying a positive, professional demeanor at all times. They would be able to learn quickly and be open to handling a challenging environment daily. Responsible for generating and maintaining loans of all types in accordance with established loan and compliance guidelines. The Lender is a leader with the bank and staff will rely upon this person for help and guidance with everything from operations to building maintenance. This position has customer interaction ranging from marketing to collection activities. Shall be a contributing member of daily functioning of the bank and a member of committees as assigned. Promote the improvement of Little Horn State Bank through quality customer service, promotion of products, professionalism in conduct and diligent work ethic. This position can be expanded to other areas for input in committees, leadership or even added roles as needs arise and if you exhibit the abilities needed and an interest in taking on other responsibilities.
