Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) credentials is needed for a dynamic K-12 public school setting. This contract position spans the 2025-2026 school year and offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday, eight hours per day, providing comprehensive speech-language services to students across all grade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language evaluations for K-12 students.
- Develop and manage individualized Speech-Only IEPs tailored to student needs.
- Provide direct therapy services addressing diverse speech and language disorders.
- Supervise and collaborate with two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to ensure effective service delivery.
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Communicate regularly with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in an educational setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage a full K-12 caseload effectively.
