Key Responsibilities
Punch Item Execution
-
Perform detailed walkthroughs of renovated units and common areas to identify remaining punch-list items.

Execute minor repairs and finishing tasks, including drywall patching, painting touch-ups, caulking, trim work, hardware installation, and light fixture replacement.

Ensure all items meet CPR’s quality control standards and client specifications.
Project Support

Assist project managers and supers with daily renovation workflows.
-
Communicate material shortages, quality concerns, and delays to the project manager in real time.

Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to complete specialty punch items outside of scope (e.g., flooring, plumbing, HVAC).
Quality Control & Reporting

Document completed punch work with before/after photos and notes in CPR’s project management platform.

Track time, labor, and materials used on punch activities for accurate job costing.

Verify that all punch items are completed prior to client walk-throughs and sign-offs.
Collaboration
-
Work closely with CPR’s vendors, subcontractors, and in-house staff to maintain schedule deadlines.

Support multiple projects across CPR’s portfolio as needed, including unit turns and capital renovations.
Qualifications

Proven experience in multifamily renovations, unit turns, or residential/commercial punch-out work.

Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, basic electrical, plumbing, and general finish work.

Ability to read scopes of work, work orders, and punch lists.

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
