Iron Trail Motors a Chevrolet and Toyota dealership is looking for a highly qualified candidate to join our team in the office as a title clerk / office administrator. We are now accepting resumes and cover letters for candidates.
Essential Duties:
- Vehicle Titling
- Account reconciliation
- Statement reconciliation
- Inventory entry
- Receipt and audit payments
- Process deposits
- Assist Office Manager and General Manager with additional administrative duties
Requirements:
- Accounting experience preferred
- Titling experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred
- High School Diploma required
- Must work well with others
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
This is a full time position with benefits available!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour based on experience
