This role involves applying the nursing process to deliver exceptional patient care. You will be professionally accountable for the care provided to your assigned patients, assessing the overall effectiveness of care delivered by other caregivers. Collaboration with various departments to coordinate patient care is essential. Upholding patient rights and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information is a priority. Position Details:
Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Experienced RNs!
Location: Rehabilitation Center, South Oklahoma City
Department: Rehab South
Status: Full-Time (36 hours per week)
Shift: Night Shift (No On-Call Duties!)

Incentives:
- Eligible for a Sign-On Bonus, distributed over two years.
- Shift differentials: $3.25 for evenings, $4.00 for nights, and $4.00 for weekends.

Qualifications:
- Education: Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
- Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment and/or compact licensure, meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of hire.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs.
- Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts.
- Capability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as necessary for job duties.
