Job DescriptionUnited Talent is immediately hiring a Member Service Representative in South Charleston , WV!
JOB DUTIES:
- be assisting the loan department in performing various duties and special projects related to consumer and business loan applications,
- Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner.
- Assisting customers with processing transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, or payments, resolving complaints or account discrepancies, and answering questions.
Hours will be Mon-Fri from 8:30am to 4:30pm. Pay will be based on experience but will start at $14 per hour.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a financial institution, preferably in a customer service or teller role preferred but not required.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Exceptional time management, communication, and customer service skills.
- Basic Solid numerical and analytical skills for accurate transaction processing and balancing cash drawers.
- Computer & software knowledge
- High level of accountability, efficiency, and accuracy.
.Strong sales skills are a plus.
- Professional appearance and courteous manner. Stand for long periods of time.
