We are hiring Receiving Clerks to join our team! The Receiving Clerk is responsible for unloading incoming freight, accurately counting and inspecting products, completing receiving documentation, and maintaining an organized receiving area. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work quickly, and comfort operating a forklift. A performance‐based raise is available after 30 days. Apply today!

Job duties include:

• Key Responsibilities
  • Unload inbound trucks using a forklift or pallet jack.
  • Count, verify, and inspect all incoming products for accuracy and damage.
  • Match shipments to purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.
  • Sign in and sign out truck drivers, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
  • Break down pallets and prepare product for storage or internal distribution.
  • Label, tag, and organize received items in designated areas.
  • Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors immediately.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving dock and work area.
  • Work efficiently in a very fast‐paced environment, meeting daily deadlines.
  • Follow all safety procedures, including proper forklift operation.
  Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience operating a forklift (certification preferred or willingness to obtain).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
  • Strong counting, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer or scanner skills for receiving entries (if applicable).
• Compensation
  • Competitive hourly wage.
  • Raise available after 30 days, based on job performance, accuracy, and reliability.
