Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our team and serve K-12 students in the Norfolk & Virginia Beach, VA area. This full-time contract role is perfect for professionals passionate about supporting student success through expert hearing evaluations and interventions in an educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and screenings

• Collaborate with educators, speech-language pathologists, and school teams to support IEP and 504 planning

• Provide hearing aid evaluations, fittings, and troubleshooting

• Educate school staff on hearing loss, auditory processing, and classroom accommodations

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and federal regulations

Requirements:

• PhD in Audiology (required)

• Valid Virginia state license in Audiology

• School-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
