Compensation: $2024 - $2439 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

As an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, you will leverage your clinical skills and expertise to provide and oversee care for patients in a vibrant Stepdown unit. This position allows you to collaborate with a supportive team and gain invaluable experience in a respected facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional care to patients in the Stepdown unit.
• Work alongside the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Utilize EPIC EMR for precise and efficient documentation.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4-5 during day shifts and 1:5-6 during night shifts.
• Participate in weekend shifts as part of your regular schedule.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Stepdown or Progressive Care environment.
• Possession of an active nursing license in Illinois at the time of application.
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Professional references from the past 24 months are preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.
